What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Project Manager at CECL, your main goal will be to ensure that the construction project runs smoothly, and efficiently, and stays on schedule and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
- We are creating and implementing detailed project plans—covering timelines, budgets, and resource management.
- Taking ownership of the project’s quality and safety ensures all standards are met.
- Working closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure everyone’s on the same page.
- Monitoring the project’s progress, making adjustments when needed, and ensuring everything is completed on time.
- Managing project finances, controlling costs, and staying within budget.
- Ensuring all work complies with legal regulations and project standards.
- Addressing any issues that arise during the project.
- Regularly updating clients and stakeholders on project progress.
